Challentec is one of the subsidiary companies of ZX Group. ZX Group was established in 1995. Our main business in the starting phase was focusing on elevator component manufacture. Starting as a SINO-US joint venture Group in elevator industry, ZX Group has taken the leading position by setting foot into American upper level markets. Later on, during our expansion period, with venture capitals joined in, ZX Group started to involve in the emerging renewable energy industry: wind turbine, turbine controller and inverter design. We have two subsidiaries - WIPO and Challentec (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.

Challentec (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. was established in the year of 2007. Challentec is specialized in the R&D and manufacture of renewable energy related products, such as wind turbine inverters, wind turbine controllers, string solar inverters, micro solar inverters and battery charger controllers. Our products have passed various certifications around the world. By offering massive OEM options to clients, Challentec has become the leading provider for well-known renewable energy designing and manufacturing companies. Challentec's first micro solar inverter is going to be launched at the end of 2011, with UL, VDE and G83 certifications.

WIPO is a Wuxi based wind turbine manufacturer established in the year of 2007, with our European subsidiary located in Germany. WIPO has strong manpower resources in R&D. We have recruited top wind turbine component designers and manufacturers from Europe and China. Our products have a mature and advanced wind turbine control mechanism and our turbines can provide remote control features based on wired Internet or 3G networks. Meanwhile, WIPO is available to provide flexible OEM options: 1.5KW, 10KW and 60KW turbines. Certifications for our wind turbines: IEC, AWEA and MCS will be available in the spring of 2012.
